To calculate your mortgage:
1. Clear the section that you want to calculate (in this example monthly payment is cleared). Fill in the other sections.
2.Click on the "Calculate" button and the cleared section will be calculated.
3. To reset all values and start from scratch, click the "Clear All" button.
To view your monthly payments:
If all sections are filled, then the calculate button will take you to your monthly payments table.
