A private queen room in a two-bed apartment in Christchurch. The apartment is on the first floor and I work from home and have cultivated a peaceful, chilled out, relaxed vibe for you to enjoy with me. Co-working space with good wifi. 

Walk - Airport (15 min), The Villages at Coverley for supermarket, restaurants, Drs, car hire, Gym (10 min). Direct Bus / ZR (local taxi) to Miami Beach, Oistins (10-15 mins), South Coast, Bridgetown, Sheraton Mall, Six Roads, Holetown, Speightstown
The space

The aim is for you to feel relaxed and comfortable in the apartment. The area is a safe, quiet neighborhood, well lit and with neighbors who are supportive and friendly.

It's a convenient and suitable location. Buy locally grown vegetables and fruit as well as locally sourced meat and fish from Carmeta's which is 5 mins walk across the road from the apartment. Walk 10 mins to the Villages at Coverley for Massey Supermarket, everyday amenities and for a selection of restaurants eg. Apasara (Indian), Happy Taco, Raw Juice Bar, Italia Coffee House.

There is a spacious garden at the front of the house with a 250-year-old Mahogany Tree is the grandmother looking over the apartment and you'll be able to see the road, agricultural land and a far view of the sea from the balcony.

The vibe of the apartment is peaceful and calm. We are on the Oistins road from the airport so there is car traffic noise outside but it also means that you have excellent transport connections. You can use the buses, local taxis to get all around the island including the beaches. We are at the very far end of the runway so you can sometimes see planes turn and taxi but we only have light take-off noise a couple of times a day in the evening.

When I'm not travelling, I work from home and use a noise-canceling microphone headset for all of my online meetings and phone calls and this perfectly blocks out any background noise for home working. I actually find the road noise like white noise and quite comforting. If you need a super quiet space my apartment will not suit you.
